Who we are

ClinicSupply US ("we") supplies medical products and payment-processing services to licensed healthcare practices. Our office is at 6671 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89178. Questions about this policy go to jonathan@marinexisbiologics.com or (973) 281-7269.

What we collect

Account information you give us: practice name, contact name, role, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, and copies of facility or provider licenses used for verification.
Order information: products purchased, quantities, lot numbers shipped, invoices and payment status.
Website information: server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers.
Payment-processing onboarding: business details needed by our processing partner to open a merchant account. Card numbers are entered directly with the processor and never stored by us.

Protected health information

We are a supplier, not a healthcare provider. We do not request, need or want patient records. If a practice needs us to sign a Business Associate Agreement for a payment-processing arrangement, contact us and we will provide one.

How we use it

Verifying that a practice is licensed to purchase regulated products.
Fulfilling, shipping, invoicing and supporting orders.
Sending order confirmations, tracking, back-order notices and account statements.
Occasional product or pricing updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
Meeting legal obligations, including recordkeeping for regulated products.

Who we share it with

Shipping carriers, our payment processor and merchant-services partner, our accounting and email providers, and our form-handling provider for the website contact form. Each receives only what it needs for its task. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS only, with a Content Security Policy, frame protection and strict referrer settings.
The contact form validates input, filters automated submissions and sends data to a hosted form service; nothing is stored on the web server.
Account and license documents are kept in access-controlled systems limited to staff who process orders.
Card data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor and never touches our systems.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept for as long as you have an account and for the retention period required for regulated product records, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about your practice, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the link in any message or by contacting us. Nevada residents may submit a request regarding sale of covered information; we do not sell covered information.

We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account contacts.
