Eligibility

ClinicSupply US sells to licensed healthcare providers, facilities and the businesses that operate them. By opening an account you confirm that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of the practice and that all license information you provide is accurate and current. We may suspend an account if verification cannot be completed.

Regulated products

Certain items, including peptides, sharps and some diagnostic products, ship only to accounts that have completed license verification and may be subject to additional documentation. The purchaser is responsible for using products in accordance with applicable federal and state law and professional standards. Products are supplied for professional use and we make no claims about clinical outcomes.

Pricing and payment

Prices are those on the quote or price list in effect when the order is placed. Contracted prices are held for the period stated in the agreement and reviewed with you before they change. Payment is due at order unless Net-30 terms have been approved; late balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Card, ACH and check are accepted.

Shipping and risk of loss

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from U.S. warehouses. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed. Report shortages or shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim and replace the items.

Returns

Unopened, non-sterile stock items in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days with authorization. Sterile, temperature-sensitive, regulated and special-order products cannot be returned unless we shipped them in error or they arrived defective. Recalled products are handled under the manufacturer's recall instructions at no cost to you.

Payment processing services

Merchant accounts and terminals are provided under a separate agreement with our processing partner. Rate quotes are estimates until that agreement is signed. Terminals remain the property of the partner or ClinicSupply US unless purchased outright.

Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Except as stated, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
